A Bevy of Very Highly Rated Cookbooks at Fantastic Markdowns/Prices. BIG-Sized, Too.

They're all a little bit too highfalutin and hoity toity for me (especially the last two), I'm afraid, but the MobileRead audience is very heterogeneous . . . .

Flour: A Baker's Collection of Spectacular Recipes. By Joanne Chang. $2.99.

The Baking Bible. By Rose Levy Beranbaum. $3.99.

Jacques Pépin Heart & Soul in the Kitchen. By Jacques Pepin. $3.99. This book seems to be written for the person who loves Jacques Pepin, as well as his food. There are 200 recipes in it, but there are also many stories from and about him, and (beautiful) photographs of him.
