Calibre Companion iOS v1.0.3

I've just submitted v1.0.3 to Apple. This fixes the bug introduced in v1.0.2 where book covers were not downloaded from the content server.

For people who haven't yet updated to 1.0.2 but have a lot of books downloaded from the content server: it's better if you skip version 1.0.2 since that one would lose your covers. 1.0.3 correctly updates all downloaded books to the new way of storing covers. (For those who've already downloaded 1.0.2, unfortunately you have to just redownload the books in 1.0.3 to get your covers back. Sorry!)

Also, if you're happy with CC iOS, could you leave a review on the Apple Appstore? We've picked up a few bad star ratings, maybe because of the bug in 1.0.2, and it'd be nice to counter-balance those.
