Thanks for this. I spent 45 minutes on the phone last week with them regarding my HD6's inability to update and got no resolution. Once I've recovered from the extreme irritation*, I may try again and suggest this.

*I've never gotten that fabulous CS from Amazon that others rave about. It seems very typical to me. Sometimes better than others; sometimes every bit as infuriating as other vendors.
