My understanding of that technique is that you basically overwrite the TTF files that the Mobipocket application uses with something different. So the application doesn't really know that the font has been changed. It would have been really nice if iRex had implemented it a bit better and given the option to select a font, rather than users having to "fake out" the application. Oh well, as long as it works.
