There is no official way.

You can install alternate readers with support for landscape mode (koreader,coolreader).

You can play with the CSS to turn the text to create a fake landscape mode, there's an old thread about it somewhere, https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...44#post2341644 but it's probably not too practical.
