I have a Windows 10 tablet and I've explored the various ereaders available for it and some aren't bad but there's nothing to compare with the readers available for Android.

If you have a preference for Windows for other reasons you can find a good ereader but if the primary objective is reading Moon+ or it's competitors on Android are much nicer.
