I have two Win10 computers. One a desktop the other a laptop. Trying to customize the PI on my desktop freezes Calibre.The laptop lets me customize.

1. Secure the desktop configuration folder and replace it with the configuration folder from the laptop.
   
2. If 1. works, I'd then do whatever is necessary to adjust the configuration to suit the desktop install, testing this PI along the way.
