In the UK I bought from eucomtech, but conrad and sotel also ship from Germany (Tolino is not officially supported in the UK). Within much of the rest of Europe, sourcing is easier. Across the Atlantic, I have no idea.

In any event, if the OP would like to download directly to the reader rather than via a computer then the Tolino is not really viable for English language users.
Sadly, at present for a new 6" reader with a 300dpi screen (personally, I do think there is a noticeable difference between 212 and 300 dpi), one gets a Kindle or one tries to source from one of the more limited brands (in Europe, that includes Tolino, Pocketbook and Cybook primarily).
