1) Choose "Search the Internet" from the context menu, favorites menu, and preferences. I've tried all three and get the same result.
2) Choose "Customize Plugin"
3) Whirling blue circle "Not Responding"
4) Yesterday the error message was "This program has stopped working" and I chose the option to close calibre. Today the blue circle just kept spinning and after twenty minutes I used the task manager to close calibre.
