Eink screen is good for static display but can't display full motion video.
You should be able to adjust display brightness of your computer screen of any windows computer. Search for Display Brightness Control Windows Vista, 10 or what ever operating system your using. You can find how to instructions or a program to install that will give you control needed.
Your computer manufacture web site should also help.
