I recently ordered the case from them as well. I like how the case makes the reader look, though I sorta wish I'd gotten a case that can fold all the way over. The KWMobile ones on Amazon look nice. But at this point I have my case and I'm sticking with it.
Do you have the problem where the screen saver shows as FNAC instead of the book cover? If so, the Kobo forum can get you sorted.

I dont know about that sleep bug, I actually have it set to not show the cover when asleep.
