In Calibre you can use a keyboard shortcut for opening books with sigil.
But first you have to use the right-click-method at least once (see post #71).

If you use the open-with-plugin - be aware, that there are two open-with-methods waiting for a shortcut:
1. Open with - is targeting the plugin
2. Open With (with capital W) - is where you want to define your shortcut.
