I never got asked anything...the process completed, and I have no idea whether it wrote a file or not.

I just pulled out "Process Explorer" from Sysinternals, and found that nothing was written. So, I ran "calibre-debug.exe -g" and then I got prompted for a filename to save to.

It's attached, and gives Calibre 2.71 and beyond the same look as before 2.71.
