So... apologies if this question is a little dumb, I do follow the forum but in a lazy mode, since I jailbroked my good old PW2 in the past with the old method so I never really looked into the messages carefully.
Unfortunately today I found my beloved pw2 screen broke. :'(
I am going to build a PW3, but: is my understanding correct that at present any known firmware version for PW3 (sold in Europe, if that matters) is closed-jailbreakable?

Since I am here, a little OT: if I buy the special offer version - that might arrive earlier - can I remove the special offers online and in a matter of minutes before jailbreaking the new kindle? Does it make any difference at all, jailbreak-wise or amazon-wise, that a kindle was original a special offers model?
