Or, you could do a "save a picture" (I don't know how any more, but you can still save a page as a screenshot, can't you?), get it off the Kindle with USB, print it, and then write your answers on the quiz on the printed copy.

I don't really think quiz books are intended for Kindles. One just answers in one's head, perhaps?
