The rep was terrible. I said the offer had been cited in multiple deals forums, and she interpreted that as meaning it wasn't Amazon's offer and I should contact the other sites. Couldn't get her to understand that it was Amazon's offer.
P.S. I'm on hold with Amazon again. This rep at least seems to understand the issue, says this is the first call she's gotten about the promo, is trying to get info from another department. Makes no sense to me. Clearly someone took down the offer too early, without even substituting a "sorry! offer ended" on the page, which would be annoying, but at least then I wouldn't be wasting all this time.

I just got off the phone with Amazon. Long story short, I was told to just upload the photos from the
Prime Photos website and they would qualify for the promo. No explanation given as to why the page was taken down early.
