If they had problems, what were they and what did the shop do to fix it (immediate replacement? Refund? 3 weeks wait for Kobo Canada to change and send back?)?
Apparently from Swindon the stock is covered by Kobo Canada wherever you are if it goes faulty anyway? Any one confirmed this?
Do they have the original sleep cover case and if so does it have the drain issue and such as stated on this forum?
