As previously mentioned, there have been on-again/off-again problems with the Open With plugin and Sigil on Windows. We're obviously in an off-again phase. Don't use the Open With plugin to launch Sigil from within calibre on Windows right now. Use the built-in Open with feature of calibre instead.
