I experienced with the Sigil update the following issue. When running the Smarten Punctuation plugin the special window that opens (allows selection of which parts of a file to work on) opens in the background and not on top of the Sigil "Plugin Runner" Window. At first I thought the Smarten Punctuation plugin did not work. But it does work except for this new behavior which is a pain to work with because you have to find the lost window and bring it to the front.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
