Audible has four Megan Abbott books on sale through November 4, $4.95 each, members only. These are in the suspense/thriller category.
The books are Die a Little, The End of Everything, Dare Me, and The Fever. Die a Little, Abbott's first book, is feminine noir. The other three reflect Abbott's later shift to novels exploring the lives and secrets of teenage girls (but they are NOT YA books).
I'm a big fan of Megan Abbott, and I've listened to all of these. I especially recommend The End of Everything and Dare Me; The Fever was a bit of a disappointment. |
