What lies beyond the Chaos Quarter, nobody rightly knows. There are rumors though. Rumors of freaks who hunt men and women for fun. Rumors of genetic engineering run wild, blurring the lines between what's human and what's not. Rumors of a third superpower, waiting to unleash itself on an unprepared universe...But all anybody knows for certain is that nobody who ventures into that space comes back alive, ever.
