Thank you for your help - that worked great.

I never wanted to be a Calibre whiz - I just wanted to get some Word documents converted to a format that is acceptable to the Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing people; so I haven't explored all of the options.

I note, in some of the Calibre help documents, that there should be a normal type of menu (File, Tools etc.) but I don't have this menu. At the top of my Calibre screen I only have icons to load a book, translate, view etc.

Is there another button to push that enables traditional menus?
