Most ebook formats "reflow", which means that you can use a wide range of font sizes and all that changes is the amount of text per screen. For pictures and screenshots see:

Does the new CyBook support ultra-large fonts (>72 points) ?. These are from three different 6" devices, and each has slightly different capabilities (we don't yet know how the Wizpac will perform). If you want to get an idea of how the screen will look, try printing a document at about at 3.6" by 4.8" (as in the Cybook thread).
