I also have a $10 credit because I called Amazon last week asking when they planned to add Music Unlimited to the Fire Phone. They said they'd pass it along and issued a $10 credit because of the inconvenience of my not having it. I'm not holding my breath on this one since Amazon has pretty much given up on properly upgrading the phone.
They did the same thing when I inquired about adding Prime Music to the Fire Phone two years ago. I got a $10 credit at that time too.
Anyway, that's how I got $60 from Amazon.
