I've ordered my Noreve cover on the 13th, and have received an e-mail that it would be 'delivered to me around the 20th'. Is that: should have been in my hands on the 20th, or should have been sent by the 20th? If it's the latter, then it's understandable that it's not here yet, but if it has been sent, I would have appreciated a notice.
It's now the 24th, and I have no cover, and no shipment notice. I've sent an e-mail to Noreve to see what the delivery status is.
