I bought my Glo HD new from Japan and the serial number on the box doesn't follow the usual N followed by 12 digits format, it's N437-xx-xx-x-xx where the x's are letters. I have found the standard form serial number in your image file but I don't know if I can replace it with my serial number since there are only 10 characters after the N. What should I do ?
On the box for my Glo HD, there is a label with "Product no", "SN:" and two barcodes. The "Product no" looks like "N437-xx-xx-x-xx", and the "SN:" like "N437nnnnnnnnn". The latter agrees with the serial number displayed in the device settings.
