Same way you cross-compile (or compile) for any other device -
Read the error messages and make the indicated corrections.

There are a multitude of cross-compiling tutorials on the 'net.
Use those for specific answers to specific problems, this is not the place to learn programming.

There is also a video player specific for (earlier) Kindle models to be found at this site, and a lot written about it.

You would do well to at least read about the Kindle specific video player and decide if the video you want to play falls within the abilities of the KT3.
