I was thinking the same thing. Unless he's boycotting the Nobel for some reason (I mean, he's Bob Dylan, I assume they've done
something that offends him....) then whether he wants to be part of the event or not, whether he wants or needs the money or not, I'm sure he'd find something to do with it.
