If you have the scrambled ePub you mentioned earlier in the thread you could just attach that to a post as it will contain both the CSS and HTML folks need to look at.
Or make a backup copy of the ePub and change the extension from .epub to .zip and unzip it to get access to the files making up the ePub (including the CSS).
Did you validate the ePub using the validator Smashwords recommends and did it pass that okay?
