Could it be that those people simply suck at buying stuff? Or have unreasonable expectations? 'Cause that's not been my experience
at all. I find it quite trivial to buy scads of stuff (from a variety of places) that I'm not disappointed with. The handful of times I've ever had to return anything, the process was handled graciously, quickly and competently.
