I have a T3. I generally hold it in my left hand with the bottom edge resting on my fourth finger with the first through third supporting it at the back. This leaves my thumb free for the page buttons. I am mostly right handed so this leaves my right hand free for other things (such as nachos).

If I hold it in my right hand, I support it with my thumb in such a way that my right thumb reaches the buttons and my fingers are supporting the reader from behind.

I can reader either left handed or right but I prefer to hold the reader with my left.

If I have to read on a device with no buttons (i.e. reading PDF files on a tablet) then I have to use both hands, one for support and one for page turns. Which is why an ereader without buttons is not in my future.
