Nothing purchased this week. And I'm dealing with a flea infestation in the house  so haven't been able to concentrate on anything new. I've been rereading Jayne Castle's After Dark, but haven't gotten very far.
I also set out some preliminary reading goals for 2017 and slotted books for several of the AAR reading challenges. I find having a mix of specific and generic goals really helps me. But since many of my autobuy authors don't have their coming soon pages updated, it's a very preliminary list so far for next year.

Get some Diatomaceous earth (food grade) and sprinkle the carpets, upholstery and anywhere. It can be put on pets too. Wash everything you can in the washer. Pets can be given Capstar pills it will kill the adults. Then flea dip for eggs or you can take a flea comb through for eggs and kill them by dipping them in water with dawn dish soap (the basic blue kind). The Capstar does not do prevention but will kill adult fleas for four hours.
Fleas love to hide in furniture, blankets and carpet basically anything like that.
I know people who been infested from buying furniture off Craigslist or from a thrift shop. It can happen to anyone.
