There is no action at clicking Ctrl + o, thus no way to right-click.
No, it is not. I can easily open it in Sigil directly, going to Calibre's library.

On my other Computer (also Win10 32-bit), it runs as well.
@BetterRed: Yes, this worked; I didnT know about this possibility. Would nevertheless like to know what strange error it was.
