Seem to be in ePub, mobi and PDF formats.

If you already have an account with O'Reilly you can't use it. Or at least I couldn't figure out how to. I signed into my account and I still can't download the books without filling in my name and email address for each and every freaking book. I guess since the books are free they want to make you work for it?

I even went to one of the free books by signing in and bringing up a list of books to purchase. The free books were there too, but they still want your name and email address to download them.
