OK, I'm confused. The model number on the case is N905. That is the model for the fixed storage version of the Touch. But, their is clearly a micro SD card holder, which suggests it is either an N905B or N905C. I have had both an N905 and an N905B pulled apart recently (broken screen in one, dead battery in the other, so I played Dr Frankenstein). From memory, the model is printed somewhere on the PCB, but I can't remember where and I can't see it. That probably means it is on the other side. And I don't remember if the above looks like my N905B.
Unless someone comes along as identifies the device from the photos, the only thing I can do is send both images. Running either won't damage the device and hopefully it will be obvious from what happens when booting to know which is which. I would try the N905B image first. The N905 and N905B share firmware upgrade packages, so it is possible they are more similar than the N905 and N905C.
