As I understand it, these are just the cloud collections that are built in to your Kindle, from Amazon, no jailbreak needed. What is new, enabled only for some of us so far, is the ability to manage it from a computer instead of from the Kindle.
Do you already use collections, as Amazon does them? Then this is just an add-on to that.
