WRAL has the most comprehensive coverage of the ongoing flood situation. These floods have impacted many inland communities that had never experienced flooding at all, or just minor creek/stream risings.

It's just going to get worse downstream from Fayetteville as the central flood plains drain into the Neuse and Tar rivers.
