No firewall, unless there's a secret one on my computer I don't know about. This worked before, though I can't remember if that was before or after I upgraded to Windows 10... and never on my iPad Pro, only on my old iPad Air.
2.4 and 5.0 are speeds, yes, but they're set up as distinct networks to separate out the devices that may use them. At least that's what Comcast said. I know some devices can't see the 5.0, for instance, but can see the 2.4. In any case, there's also the distinct network set up by the Apple Airport.
I used the IP listed under the content pane, which is 10.0.0.212:8080.
