Actually I have experienced really bad lagging on my Fire HD 8 so I decided last night to remove most of my stuff. I now only have 5 kindle samples, 9 personal document ebooks, a handful of sideloaded videos and 1 audiobook on the device. It's definately moving smother and faster now.
It's not a big deal not being able to have tons of stuff downloaded to it as it's rare it will leave my house but it is a bit disappointing, I guess it's the price of a cheap tablet.

Yep, I agree with that. I could get upset about the flaws and idiosyncrasies of my Fire HD 6, but then I only paid $43 for it and that included taxes and shipping. We get what we pay for. It is an okay device, barely, and it works for what I use and bought it for, but it isn't a workhorse by any stretch of the imagination. At that price I never expected much out of it, so I got about what I assumed I would.
