What makes you think it's legit? A paper edition is printed and the publisher is listed as of the date of the printing. I have seen plenty eBooks where the publisher name was updated. I do not see why these eBooks would be using the EOS name when the EOS name was changed in 2011.

Can you say why you are fooled into thinking these might be real?
