So as of 2011, EOS is no more and thus, the whoever posted these books didn't know that and got it wrong. The publisher would not be getting it wrong and using the name EOS instead of Harper Voyager. My guess is that whoever put these up got the publisher name from the pBooks that were scanned.
If it really, really bothers you the either contact Amazon or the right holder.

EOS was the publisher of record in the 2003 paper addition which appears to still be available for order. It could simply be that you are making assumptions about how these things work that aren't correct. Once again, I see nothing that makes me think it's a pirated copy and many things that make me think that it is legit.
