Yesterday the collection management started to work for me.

A big drawback is that it includes ONLY books from Kindle Store (aka "Books") and not the personal documents (Docs). On Kindle devices and apps you can add both Books and Docs. I'm going to complain about it to kindle feedback, maybe they will do something.
