Got my replacement without notice even though they said it would be a few weeks. So far the screen look's better although I had issue's with Calibre like the H20 disaster that I had it seems to not want to connect to it sometimes it will sometimes it wont and having to work around the dreaded Error communicating with device errors.
*Fixed the issue, due to the Kobo extended plug in was causing problems.
