The thing is each feature serves a different function:

Kindle First is about promoting APub titles and (presumably) making up for the boycott instigated by B&N. So that's not going away anytime soon.

KU is about increasing visibility of Indie titles and enticing Indie authors into KDP select. It's growing steadily and not going away.

PR is mostly about getting more Prime subscribers into ebooks and KU. Brand new.

KOLL is the best candidate to fold but it features a bigger pool of titles to choose from including a lot of tradpub. It would be missed.

(Is Kindle for Samsung still giving away ebooks? Mine stopped working altogether months ago.)
