Hi,

I'm new here. I am having trouble with adding plugins and updating them. When I try to update the existing ones, I get the following error message:

I'm afraid I don't know much computer lingo. I know how to do what I need to do, but not describe it in words a computer expert would. I also don't know what any of the above means. Can anyone help me translate the error message and let me know how to fix whatever's wrong?
