Unfortunately, per the rules it wouldn't be allowed. Much like in the example of "One Jack Off" by Cledus "T." Judd where "Jack" refers to a playing card rather than a person named "Jack,"Jim" and "Jack" aren't referring directly to a person. However, "Hank" would be allowed if it hadn't already been used.
