I didn't post Packt Publishing's free ebook of the day yesterday. I just haven't gotten any positive feedback (any feedback, for that matter) about the posts and wonder if there is anyone out there who even wants to know about them, given the highly-focused and highly-technical nature of Packt's books.
But, if there is anyone out there who is interested in these freebies, let me leave you with two pieces of information. First,
the URL of the website's free ebook of the day webpage. That URL is not easy to find if you go looking around Packt's website. I actually had navigated over that address today, and, looking around, couldn't find it anywhere on Packt's website. I was starting to get a little panicky (j/k). Then, I remembered that it would be in my history, and it was from there that I retrieved it.
The second piece of information is that their freebie of the day changes at 7 p.m. Eastern Time. Exactly 7 p.m. Just the kind of thing that you would expect from people who would publish the technical books that Packt does, which depend so much upon precision and accuracy.
