I have done that indeed and have reorganized everything afterwards.
But after saving the result remained the same, as in screenshot 3.
Let me explane some more how the pages are organized.
As you can see en screenshot 1 and 2 is there in every chapter 1 page with H1 and the others are all with H2, i was thinking that there was a problem but as you can see when i open the epubs separately then everything is ok.
