finally got it working. damn. installing python library is so hard. so much error. thank you!

you should really write down in the tuts prerequisite:

im using these to get python working
1) install python 2.7
2) install --> http://landinghub.visualstudio.com/v...pp-build-tools
3) install pip
4) install lxml-3.6.4-cp27-cp27m-win32.whl (im on windows 10 64 bit)
5) only then can i install penelope without error
