its regarding the prefix chosen when creating a new thread. There are no option for new devices ie. Glo HD, Aura One, Aura 2 is not available hence when owning these devices, finding a thread or posting something about it is difficult as it doesn't belong to any one of the prefix. Some of this devices existed +1 year which makes me wonder why is the site not updated?
